Jay has 45 years of experience in ownership and management of hospitality properties and specializes in acquisitions, operational efficiencies, and staff development. He las led several successful commercial and residential Real Estate development projects that are currently part of Atlas Holdings.
Mike’s B.A degree from Columbia University and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School has served as a foundation for his many years of working with private equity backed and entrepreneur businesses with a focus on underwriting, structuring and negotiations. He recently served as the Director of Investments and M&A Advisor at C-Leveled Associates Management, advising clients on merger and acquisition strategies, and creating and managing the company’s early-stage venture capital portfolio.
As Chief Financial Officer, Emily Eubanks is responsible for all financial functions, including corporate financial management and compliance. Emily’s background spans over ten years of financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy. After graduating from the University of Miami, Emily developed a comprehensive background in finance and accounting. Her experience includes wealth management, risk mitigation, financial planning, partnership tax compliance and strategy, and public accounting in audit & tax specializing in the hedge fund and private equity industries.
John Chalhoub is a residential and multifamily investor in the West Palm Beach, Lake Worth and Tampa areas. He is fluent in residential income strategies including corporate leases, air BnB, and single room tenants. John creates value for clients with his intricate understanding of highest and best use strategies.John is instrumental in his family business, Cedars Inc., electrical and mechanical solutions for energy servicing numerous governmental agencies, industrial, commercial, and residential clients alike.
