Lincoln is a creative millennial entrepreneur who artfully blends the latest technology with solid business practices and traditional values to ensure the success of every business endeavor he engages in.
From the time he started his first commercial enterprise as a teenager to today, each of his start-ups and acquisitions has been carefully selected to agree with his mantra: “Investment Focused – Purpose Driven.”
His companies are spread across industries like Real Estate, Finance, Technology, Manufacturing, Construction and Healthcare and in most cases, they work collectively to maximize efficiency and returns. Specific projects, developments and growth inside these industries are funded by his personal investments, venture capital and private equity.
Lincoln is a founding member of the Cottage Home Association and a member of The Tiny Home Industry Association, the National Low Income Housing Association, the Disaster Housing Recovery Coalition, and the Palm Beach Hedge Fund Association.
Kurt Hunt
Chief Operating Officer
Kurt is a Butler University, Indianapolis graduate who has spent over 40 years as a marketer, brand manager and creative director for some of the most recognizable consumer brands, professional sports properties, and outdoor lifestyle retailers in the United States. He has developed and launched numerous consumer and B2B brands in the motorsports, hospitality and travel industries.
He has made considerable contributions to the development of technology-based start-ups like Camper Techs, RV Scout and Ocala Outdoors. Kurt’s experience and leadership style are particularly effective in ensuring that all Atlas business units are working cooperatively and
efficiently to achieve a common goal
Emily Eubanks
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Emily Eubanks is responsible for all financial functions, including corporate financial management and compliance. Emily’s background spans over ten years of financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.
After graduating from the University of Miami, Emily developed a comprehensive background in finance and accounting. Her experience includes wealth management, risk mitigation, financial planning, partnership tax compliance and strategy, and public accounting in audit & tax specializing in the hedge fund and private equity industries.
Mike Holt
Chief Investment Officer
Mike’s B.A degree from Columbia University and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School has served as a foundation for his many years of working with private equity backed and entrepreneur businesses with a focus on underwriting, structuring and negotiations.
He recently served as the Director of Investments and M&A Advisor at C-Leveled Associates Management, advising clients on merger and acquisition strategies, and creating and managing the company’s early-stage venture capital portfolio.
Aubrie Gibbons
Communications Manager
As Communications Manager for the Atlas Group Ltd., Aubrie utilizes over six years of experience in data entry, customer service, real estate, and other assisting roles to support the team and its goals. Often the first point of contact, she ensures that our clients’ and teammates’ needs are met as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
Having graduated with honors from the Harriet L. Wilkes campus of Florida Atlantic University, Aubrie spent much of the last four years giving back to her campus and remains active in her community through tutoring efforts and beach cleanups, regularly accruing over 150 community service hours a year.
Joel Gibbons
Public Relations Director
Joel began his career in the political world as a Director of Communications in the House of Representatives. From there, his passion for putting Americans first has taken him to Atlas Group Ltd., where he is now responsible for putting hard working Americans in homes that are not just affordable to rent, but ones that they can ultimately own. His unique experience and passionate approach to the affordable housing crisis will help Americans across the country find the housing they need.
Morgan Therrien
Social Media Coordinator
Morgan is a creative content producer with over four years of experience in videography, photography, and audio production. She received her BA in Journalism from Palm Beach Atlantic University, during which time she earned multiple awards for her news packages, including first and second place for Best Video in the State of Florida by the Society of Professional Journalists.
As Social Media Coordinator for Atlas Group Ltd., Morgan streamlines the companies’ messaging across all platforms and works to increase engagement and expand networking opportunities in the community.

Michael Armato began his career in the contracting world in 1988 on the East End of Long Island, New York. Through hard work and dedication, he grew into a seasoned and results-oriented General Contractor and is now operating a multi-million-dollar Luxury Home Design and Construction Company.
Michael is renowned for his attention to detail, focus on quality and above all his honesty and integrity. These qualities are only enhanced by his impeccable ability to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. Michael uses his 30 years of experience to ensure clients truly get the home of their dreams.
Mike and his wife Kim enjoy taking part in the cultural and culinary offerings of Jupiter, FL. They feel blessed to have picked such a great place to live. Mike says it is like paradise living in this beautiful and friendly area.
Chris Sorenson
Master Builder
Chris Sorenson has construction is his blood. A third-generation builder, he has over 25 years of active experience in the field. He has experience in all facets of building from underground and vertical construction projects to the planning and development of hundreds of quality homes.
When working on a project, Chris has a hand in all stages of planning, design and execution. His experience and history with construction enables him to flawlessly interpret client’s dreams into reality. He has done extensive work building High End Custom Homes from Jupiter Island to Sewall’s point, with these projects ranging in budget from $10k to over $20 million.
In addition to his work with home projects, Chris also has experience with the planning and development of high end equestrian arenas and barn facilities. His past clients include the officers and executives of several major National and International companies; John Deere, Xerox, and St Georges University and many others.
He is passionate about community and has been involved in service projects with Future Builders of America, Local Builders Association, Boys and Girls Club of Hobe Sound as well as donating funds through local agencies to sponsor Fishing Tournaments.
Chris is a respected and active member of many local building associations and planning agencies; including the Treasure Coast Builders Association, National Association of Home Builders, Martin County Land Building Agency, Florida Home Builders Association. In addition to his membership he has had the honor of serving as the Past President and Life Director of the TCBA, Board Member of the NAHB, Vice Chair and Chair of the Martin County Land Building Agency, and Director of the FHBA.
Jon Folbrecht
Chief Operating Officer, Construction Division
Jon Folbrecht is a seasoned executive leader, dedicated public servant, teacher and U.S. Army Veteran. He has over 20 years of law enforcement and military service. His leadership and management experience of the public and private sectors has shaped his selfless service leadership style.
In 1999, Jon enlisted in the United States Army as a Parachute Rigger until his Honorable Discharge in 2002. Throughout his career, Jon has always been solution driven and loves to solve problems for people. His ability to think outside of the box and excel in chaotic situations has prepared him for the corporate world.
Jon has volunteered and helped several non-profit organizations throughout his career. His passion for giving back to his community and helping others has been a driving force throughout his career.

Jeff has over 25 years of Luxury Residential and Commercial Real Estate sales experience up and down Florida’s southeast coast. His standing in the Real Estate community is impeccable and his rate of referral business is a testimony to his reputation.
He has facilitated countless real estate transitions for high net worth and high-profile clients in the sports, entertainment, and business world. Each of his clients quickly recognize and appreciate what is referred to as “The Jeff Giblin Difference”, displayed by his infinitely tenacious approach to client service and the boundless creativity he uses to complete transactions.

Amy Hill is a full-service Interior Designer known for a bright and calm look that’s both livable and luxurious. She handles everything from construction to accessorizing, and focuses on details, texture and scale. Amy values the importance of a budget, the need for durability and a desire to want nothing less than a beautiful home for family and friends to enjoy.
With clean lines and subtle sophistication, Amy Hill’s decorating philosophy resonates with unmistakably chic but functional design, which results in a unique ambiance of beauty.
Clint Larkan
Senior Architect
Clint is dedicated to creating classic contemporary design and strives to achieve a well-crafted and unique result in every project. His projects express the harmony between a clear logical solution and an artistic approach. He employs conventional materials and assemblies in innovative ways to create a clean modern architectural aesthetic.
Clint believes in interacting closely with his clients in order to incorporate their tastes and individuality into their project. His services include master planning, architectural design, interior design and full construction administration services. In a collaborative effort, he is committed to creating timeless architecture that shows clarity and sophistication.
Clint was born in South Africa and immigrated to the United States in 1992 where he furthered his training in architecture. He earned his master’s degree in architecture in 1998 from the University of Florida. He has worked in the residential and commercial arena all over the world and has been published and won several local and state design Awards.
